About The RoleIn this role, you will help shape next-generation Physical AI solutions at the intersection of robotics, industrial automation, digital twins, and intelligent machines. Working with engineers, architects, and domain experts, you will translate complex business and operational needs into scalable solutions that power autonomous systems in real-world environments. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative AI-driven products for global leaders in manufacturing, heavy equipment, and industrial technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to understand business objectives, operational workflows, and requirements for Physical AI and industrial automation solutions
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across engineering, robotics, AI, software, and business domains
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready specifications
- Define requirements for digital twins, simulation environments, autonomous systems, sensor-driven workflows, and AI-enabled products
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, ML engineers, robotics engineers, and software teams to shape scalable solutions
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to identify opportunities for automation, intelligent decision-making, and AI adoption
- Define success metrics, KPIs, validation criteria, and business outcomes for AI-powered products and platforms
- Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, MVP definition, and phased delivery of innovative industrial AI solutions
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on complex technology, engineering, data, AI, or industrial transformation initiatives
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, process modeling, and backlog management
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, robotics, autonomous systems, digital twins, simulation, or industrial software solutions
- Understanding of sensor-driven systems, operational workflows, connected devices, or physical products interacting with software platforms
- Familiarity with data-driven environments, including data flows, analytics, model lifecycle concepts, and AI-enabled decision-making
- Proficiency in defining functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, reliability, and safety considerations
- Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to bridge business, engineering, and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments and using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms
