Responsibilities:

  • Analyze software asset management and software licensing processes
  • Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders
  • Support software compliance and optimization initiatives
  • Design and improve SAM-related workflows and reporting
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM
  • Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and software asset lifecycle management
  • Experience with data analysis and process improvement
  • Fluent German (C1) and English
  • EU-based location
