Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document IT operations and asset management processes
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and asset management teams
• Define requirements for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset lifecycle management
• Convert business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct gap analyses and process assessments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules
• Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management processes
• Experience working with enterprise IT operations environments
• Fluent German (C1) and English
• EU-based location
