Analyst (PowerBI, OCM, SAP, ERP) [ Remote | W2 ]

Job Title: Lead Analyst (ERP WORKSTREAM) 

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Location: Fully Remote

Required Pay Scale: $40-$45/hr on W2 ONLY

Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates
Job Summary:We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise ERP transformation initiative. This role will partner with Change Leads, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to drive organizational change, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and reporting. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives and is comfortable working with data, analytics, and cross-functional teams.
Project Details:

• Support a large-scale ERP transformation program.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Track change mitigation activities and business readiness.
• Support communication plans and organizational adoption efforts.
• Analyze and report on change metrics using Excel and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Change Leads, Project Managers, and deployment teams to ensure successful implementation.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of overall professional experience with progressive responsibility.
• 1+ year of experience supporting major organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting ERP implementation or enterprise transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and project teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
