Overview

As an Senior Sofware Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating technology solutions, and recommending IT systems and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on understanding stakeholder needs, translating requirements into technical specifications (HLD), and facilitating the implementation of IT solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in IT systems analysis and stakeholder engagement to drive innovation and support the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth software-based (frontend & backend & workflow) technical analysis (preparing HLD) of solutions which will be delivered by agile development team.
• End-to-end delivery tracking to ensure it meets expectations.
• Guide and lead the development team. (Development life cycle knowledge is a must)
• Design and Identify integration points, API specifications, and workflows during analyzing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that address business needs and align with IT strategy.
• Ensuring the to be delivered tasks(projects, agile team backlog items etc) are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electric&Electronic Engineering, MIS or Mathematics Engineering
• 3+ years of Java Software development and analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with microservice, java , springboot, REST APIs
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
