Senior Business Analyst – Data & Transformation
Indexed description
At Neowise, we don't just offer a job; we offer a career journey rooted in trust, growth, and excellence. We are proud to be recognized as one of the Best Workplaces for Young Talents™ 2026 and honored with the Well-being™ 2026 award, reflecting our commitment to a culture where our people truly thrive — with a 96% employee satisfaction rate.
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise projects, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and a track record of delivering in complex, data-heavy environments.
Are You "The One"?
To be considered for this role, you must meet all of the following mandatory requirements:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field is required.
- Sector experience: At least 4–5 years of Business Analyst experience in telecom, banking, insurance, or similarly large-scale, process-intensive corporate environments.
- Large-scale data project experience: You have been an active contributor in complex, multi-stakeholder data projects — such as data migration, system integration, or platform transformation initiatives. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Technical project involvement: You've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with IT and development teams, translated technical requirements into business language, and taken ownership across all project phases — not just the analysis stage.
- Task & process tracking: You're experienced in managing workstreams across multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. Sprint tracking, task follow-up, and structured project reporting are part of how you operate.
- SQL proficiency: You have real, hands-on SQL experience in a professional project setting — writing queries and interpreting results to support business decisions. Advanced expertise is not required, but genuine project experience is non-negotiable.
- Stakeholder management: You can bridge IT, operations, and senior management — and turn technical outputs into business value.
- Communication: You translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: You are based in Istanbul or able to join our Istanbul office at least twice a month.
Your mission
- Work closely with business units, IT, and operations teams across a large-scale enterprise project
- Analyze and document requirements in BRD, FRD, and user story formats
- Model existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solution proposals
- Leverage SQL to perform data analysis and generate actionable business insights
- Coordinate UAT cycles, track findings, and drive issues to resolution
- Own sprint tracking and deliver structured, consistent project reporting
Why Neowise?
- Award-winning culture: Best Workplaces for Young Talents™ 2026 and Well-being™ 2026 certified workplace
- Work-life harmony: Total flexibility in a culture that values output over desk time
- Comprehensive benefits: Private health insurance, gym membership, and a dedicated hobby & education budget
- Growth-oriented: Personalized career paths and a supportive environment where your voice is genuinely heard
If you meet the requirements above and are ready to bring your expertise to a high-impact enterprise project, we'd love to hear from you. Let your next career chapter begin at Neowise. 🚀
