Business Analyst

Our client is a leading financial services organization seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ Product Owner to partner with business and technology teams in driving process improvements, data initiatives, and platform enhancements across critical business functions. This individual will play a key role in optimizing workflows, supporting reporting and analytics initiatives, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage business initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Partner with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Manage and optimize CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data quality initiatives
• Develop and maintain operational reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Support testing, implementation, and user adoption activities for new initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through delivery

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working within financial services, asset management, investment management, banking, or related industries
• Strong CRM experience, including reporting, dashboard creation, and workflow management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Exposure to AI-enabled business tools, workflow automation, or analytics platforms
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
