Role Overview
Stoney Clover Lane is seeking an IT Analyst to support and optimize NetSuite and related business systems across the organization. This role will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Operations, and Digital teams to support system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing both technical and operational priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key support resource for NetSuite, including upgrades, enhancements, and platform maintenance
- Gather and document business, user, and system requirements across teams
- Build and maintain documentation for technical processes and workflows
- Support business readiness activities including testing, rollout, training, and ongoing support
- Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and functionality enhancements
- Support software and hardware integrations including Shopify, Joor, and SPS Commerce
- Manage EDI vendor setup, testing, and ongoing support
- Automate and improve internal reporting and dashboards
- Support end users alongside third-party IT partners
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes related to systems and access
- 3+ years of ERP or NetSuite administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience developing workflows, dashboards, and NetSuite customizations
- Strong understanding of retail business systems and operational processes
- Experience partnering with Finance and/or Product teams from a technical perspective
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in NY office and 1 day remote
