  • Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
  • Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
  • Balance stakeholder requests, technical constraints, and team capacity when making prioritization decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to guide roadmap enhancements.

Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Serve as Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and engineering leaders to maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers.
  • Make real-time prioritization and scope decisions during active development cycles.
  • Track progress against release plans and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Partner with operational and business leaders to gather requirements, validate priorities, and drive alignment.
  • Work closely with QA and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners when necessary.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate complex business, technical, and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate product decisions, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to various audiences.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, and product context.

Solution Design & Problem Solving

  • Analyze systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present recommendations and solution options to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate feasibility and contribute to solution design discussions.
  • Challenge assumptions and validate root business needs to ensure the right problems are being solved.

Quality & Delivery

  • Support testing, validation, and release activities to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with hands-on backlog management and sprint planning responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex software or technology initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.

  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
