Business Analyst Job Description And Specification

DUTIES

  • Communicate with clients/product owners to clarify, analyze the business requirement
  • Consult clients about system design to meet their expectations
  • Discuss with engineering team to make a proper design
  • Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis)
  • Create mockup, prototype
  • Support core development team to run unit & integration test
  • Support clients to perform the UAT

Qualifications

  • Good at logical thinking, problem solving and possess strong analytical skills
  • Can explain complicated things in a simple way
  • Have an ownership mindset and be able to think from client’s perspective
  • Excellent command of English skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Have ability to study and capture new business domain quickly.
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Have basic understanding of database design is a plus
  • Bachelor degree in IT, MIS or related fields

Fresh-graduate students or candidates do not come from IT background but have an intense passion in this vacant are also welcomed to apply
