The Business Transformation Analyst, Supply Chain will be based in Hyderabad, India and will support Project Phoenix across the Source to Pay (S2P), Make to Deliver (M2D), and Forecast to Plan (F2P) workstreams. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, track leads, IT, and implementation partners to improve process clarity, maintain requirements traceability, support testing readiness, and help drive cutover preparation for Oracle transformation activities. The role emphasize is on data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, reporting, process discipline, and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
About The Role
This position plays a key role in helping NextPower translate business process requirements into structured, testable, and executable project outputs. The analyst will partner with global and Hyderabad-based teams to support business process design, scenario preparation, issue tracking, reporting, and readiness activities across CRP, SIT, UAT, and cutover. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional who can connect business needs with disciplined project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Phoenix execution across S2P, M2D, and F2P by coordinating requirements, action items, dependencies, and follow-ups across business, IT, and implementation teams.
- Prepare and organize CRP1 and CRP2 scope, business scenarios, test data inputs, and session materials to support structured walkthroughs and design validation.
- Coordinate with Hyderabad-based and global stakeholders to ensure timely completion of workstream deliverables, issue resolution, and decision closure across time zones.
- Maintain Jira traceability across tracks and phases by linking stories, tasks, RAID items, and test-related activities to the correct workstream and milestone.
- Support SIT preparation and execution by helping define test scenarios, coordinating defect logging, tracking issue remediation, and confirming test coverage across business processes and requirements.
- Support UAT readiness and execution by preparing scripts, coordinating end-to-end business testing, tracking issues, and helping assemble business sign-off evidence.
- Assist with data conversion and validation activities, including field mapping support, test load coordination, reconciliation follow-up, and pre-cutover readiness checks.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, status summaries, KPI tracking, and executive-ready updates to support business and program decisions.
- Identify process gaps, execution risks, and improvement opportunities, and contribute to practical solutions that improve standardization, quality, and delivery discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, supply chain operations, ERP-enabled process improvement, or program support roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with procurement, planning, manufacturing, operations, engineering, finance, and other business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise systems used for planning, reporting, and execution tracking.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow and documentation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and functions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through in a dynamic transformation environment.
- Familiarity with dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision support.
- Experience in ERP transformation and/or supporting Oracle, Anaplan, or related ERP / planning platforms.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, or renewable energy environments.
