Job Summary: The Business Analyst Experience Support in Generative AI will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and ensuring seamless implementation of generative AI solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define objectives.
• Document detailed requirements and use cases for generative AI implementations.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to design tailored solutions.
• Validate solutions against business requirements to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in generative AI.
• Provide insights on how generative AI can solve complex business challenges and create value.
• Support user adoption by creating training materials and conducting workshops.
• Address user feedback to refine AI-driven solutions.
• Develop metrics to evaluate the success and impact of implemented solutions.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI or technology-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E), and applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
