We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to serve as the "Source of Truth" for our API ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, owning the full API documentation lifecycle and driving alignment across business stakeholders and engineering teams.

🏛️ Key Responsibilities

• API Design & Documentation: Author and maintain OpenAPI (YAML) specifications and developer portals using modern platforms (ReadMe, Mintlify, Redocly). Manage Postman collections using Git-based documentation-as-code workflows.
• Backlog & Product Ownership: Act as Proxy Product Owner to manage the API roadmap in Jira. Translate complex business logic into granular developer user stories, data models, and technical requirements.
• System & Data Analysis: Map business requirements to technical architecture, identify functional gaps, define error-handling logic, and analyze existing systems, databases, and integrations.
• Technical Governance: Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure full requirements traceability and alignment with enterprise standards.
• AI Tooling Integration: Leverage LLMs and AI workflows to accelerate documentation generation, analyze data patterns, and streamline team workflows.

🎯 Professional Competencies & Technical Qualifications

• API Expertise: Deep technical understanding of REST architecture, JSON, HTTP methods, and status codes.
• Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Git, Markdown, Jira, Confluence, and UML/BPMN modeling.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to articulate technical constraints to business stakeholders and translate business vision to engineering teams.
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of SDLC across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Educational Background: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA. A combined B.Tech + MBA qualification is highly preferred.
