Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue cycle applications and workflows.
- Serve as a first point of contact for revenue cycle systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for system enhancements that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage large-scale projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical and operational support.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting tools and dashboards for revenue cycle metrics.
- Collaborates with both IHT and operational stakeholders to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which solutions are determined.
- Ensure system compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with vendors and IT teams to resolve escalated issues and coordinate strategic initiatives.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers highest complexity issues to most senior staff.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ambulatory Patient Access operations, including scheduling, referrals, registration, insurance verification, or authorization workflows.
- Experience working with Epic applications, particularly Cadence, Referrals, Registration, or related operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and operational needs into technical requirements and partner effectively with IT teams.
- Experience leading or supporting workflow optimization, process improvement, or system implementation projects in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills with the ability to engage both operational and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting clinic openings, relocations, operational expansions, or technology-related move/add/change activities is preferred.
