  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business system projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
  • Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex system issues.
  • Support the implementation and integration of new applications or system upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Degree (Finance/Business related), 1-4 years of experience in related function.
  • Oracle PeopleSoft expert in Purchasing and Inventory modules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle PeopleSoft experience in supporting Asset Management, Project Costing, and Accounts Payable modules.
  • Typically, 5-7 years of experience in related function; May require professional certification.
