Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience in procurement application consulting and business analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in requirement gathering, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO), and SAP migration projects. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring process optimization, compliance, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Design Thinking sessions to understand end-user and customer needs and document business requirements aligned with business scenarios.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, and Financial Systems.
• Work closely with QA teams to develop and execute Test Plans, Test Scripts, and other quality assurance deliverables to ensure successful product validation.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret system data to generate reports and insights supporting business decision-making and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, business processes, and user guides for effective system administration and troubleshooting.
• Manage system enhancements and change requests by assessing business impact, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and industry best practices by implementing appropriate security controls and governance processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement, contingent workforce, and related business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the Product Backlog by collaborating with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define project scope, and manage Agile sprints.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues by working closely with technical support and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
• 8+ years of experience in the Procurement Application Consulting domain.
• Strong understanding of Procurement, Vendor Management, and Contingent Workforce Management processes.
• Experience working on SAP Migration Projects.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to learn from feedback and continuously improve performance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
