As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
• Document and communicate business requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis with the e-Invoicing experience
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and convey information between stakeholders.
• Ability to model business processes and workflows using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Experience in conducting research and synthesizing complex information to support decision-making.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and foster collaboration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
