Global Process Rollout Lead

Do you enjoy working hands-on in business applications, testing process flows and turning complex systems into practical ways of working?

AddSecure is looking for a Global Process Rollout Lead who combines process understanding, system curiosity and practical execution. This is a role for someone who likes to investigate, test, document and explain — not only coordinate others.

You will work closely with process owners, business stakeholders, architects, system experts and development teams to drive the rollout and adoption of global business processes.

Your work will include:

• Exploring, testing and validating end-to-end process flows
• Creating process maps, work instructions, training material and rollout guides
• Leading workshops, walkthroughs, training sessions and presentations
• Identifying and structuring gaps, deviations and improvement needs
• Preparing decision material and following changes through to implementation
• Helping users understand and adopt new ways of working

We are looking for someone with experience in process rollout, business process implementation or system-related change, together with hands-on experience from business systems such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service or order management platforms.

You are structured, curious and pragmatic. When something is unclear, you explore the system, ask the right questions and turn what you learn into clear material that others can use.

The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm. Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Sweden are required.
