Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Analyst (temp. contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee orderbook and contract health to ensure achievement of sales, service, and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with inbound supply teams and make necessary business recommendations and operational decisions when supply risks or delays are identified, including evaluation of international STO opportunities where viable.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources and formats to provide clear visibility of performance against business targets.
- Identify deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and develop mitigation plans to minimize business impact and secure target achievement.
- Develop and maintain reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics that support effective decision-making and execution.
- Oversee omni-channel orderbook and contract performance.
- Drive alignment and mitigation actions across Sales and Supply Chain.
- Recommend prioritization and supply recovery actions, including STOs where appropriate.
- Escalate risks and deviations impacting business targets.
- Support management decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships across functions.
- Ability to develop scalable structures and ways of working.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution toward common goals.
- University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).
- Advanced SAP knowledge and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, or other data analytics tools.
- Strong business understanding with the ability to balance customer, sales, and inventory priorities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Full-time, temporary contract
