Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Analyst (temp. contract)

As part of our global Supply Chain team, based at our headquarters in Stockholm, you will play a key role in connecting commercial ambitions with operational excellence. This is a full-time temporary position from September 1, 2026, to January 15, 2028, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical part of our business and drive tangible impact across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee orderbook and contract health to ensure achievement of sales, service, and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with inbound supply teams and make necessary business recommendations and operational decisions when supply risks or delays are identified, including evaluation of international STO opportunities where viable.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources and formats to provide clear visibility of performance against business targets.
• Identify deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and develop mitigation plans to minimize business impact and secure target achievement.
• Develop and maintain reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics that support effective decision-making and execution.

Mandates in this role:

• Oversee omni-channel orderbook and contract performance.
• Drive alignment and mitigation actions across Sales and Supply Chain.
• Recommend prioritization and supply recovery actions, including STOs where appropriate.
• Escalate risks and deviations impacting business targets.
• Support management decision-making through data-driven insights.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).
• Advanced SAP knowledge and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, or other data analytics tools.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to balance customer, sales, and inventory priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
