We're hiring a Systems Analyst to serve as the internal authority for our ERP-centered commercial-system landscape and ensure seamless integration across our retail technology ecosystem from our Shanghai office, serving the China business. This role is responsible for eliciting business needs, translating them into crisp requirements, and leading end-to-end ERP build, configuration, integration and enhancement cycles that deliver measurable value.
This is a hands-on, ERP-focused role based in Shanghai, supporting our China office, ideal for someone who loves solving complex data and integration problems in fast-moving retail environments.
You'll be;
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Management Information System, etc.).
- RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE: 5+ years configuring, integrating and optimizing commercial systems (ERP) for retail and FMCG environments; front-line store roll-outs and back-office finance automation delivered across APAC. Track record of leading 30+ cross-functional releases on time, while managing stakeholders from C-suite to shop-floor and reducing post-go-live incident volume through proactive change communication and training.
- End-to-end ERP project life-cycle: planning, configuration, integration, data migration, UAT, cut-over and hyper-care for MS Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP S/4HANA, or similar retail-centric ERP suites.
- Proven track-record of delivering at least one full-stream ERP rollout (Finance, MM, SD) in multi-country retail / supply-chain environments; scope covered store POS integration, inventory & WMS interfaces and automated replenishment.
- Hands-on experience designing change-control boards, release governance and budget burn-down reports for ERP enhancements; familiar with ASAP, Sure-Step or SAP-Activate methodologies.
- Comfortable managing external SI partners, offshore development teams and third-party add-on vendors; negotiated Statements of Work that delivered cost savings while maintaining SLA compliance.
- Solid grasp of retail master-data governance (article, vendor, customer, price) and supply-chain KPIs (inventory turn, OTIF, forecast accuracy); ability to translate business pain-points into functional specs and configure standard ERP processes without excessive customisation.
- PMP or PRINCE-II certification preferred; advanced user of MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tool-set for sprint, resource and financial tracking.
- Sharp organisational and time-management skills; concise verbal & written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences. Curious, proactive and continuously seeking process optimisation opportunities.
