Role Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Finance, Accounting, and ERP applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong finance and accounting domain knowledge, ERP system expertise, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Support, maintain, and optimize ERP and finance-related business applications.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and support finance modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cash Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Manage integrations between ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with business controls.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP implementation, or Finance Systems support.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in ERP implementations, system enhancements, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:-
  • Experience supporting accounting, tax, compliance, and statutory reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, middleware technologies, and reporting/BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with audit, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience working in multinational or complex enterprise environments.
