Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst ? Finance & ERP to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise Finance and ERP applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong finance and accounting domain expertise, hands-on ERP system experience, and the ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technology solutions. This role will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system improvements, process efficiencies, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and continuously improve ERP and finance-related business applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Configure, support, and optimize key finance modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management
• Financial Reporting
• Lead and support ERP implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Coordinate and manage integrations between ERP platforms and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and business processes.
• Provide user training, documentation, troubleshooting support, and knowledge transfer to business users.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective business solutions.
• Participate in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP implementation, Finance Systems support, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP platforms and finance-related modules.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management
• Financial Reporting
• Experience in ERP implementations, system enhancements, data migration, and integration projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, and statutory reporting processes.
• Knowledge of leading ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware technologies, system integrations, and data exchange processes.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Understanding of audit requirements, internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within multinational organizations or complex enterprise environments.
