Business Analyst

负责衔接业务部门与技术团队，深入分析跨国企业在华基础设施本地化的业务需求。BA 需确保所有本地化服务（邮件、协作、存储等）在符合中国法律法规的同时，保持与全球业务逻辑的一致性。

职责描述 / Key Responsibilities:

• 需求萃取 / Requirement Elicitation: 调研并记录终端用户计算、企业通信、打印及存储等模块的本地化详细需求。
• 流程差异分析 / Gap Analysis: 评估全球现有系统与中国本地化方案之间的功能差异，提出业务流程优化建议。
• 合规需求对接 / Compliance Alignment: 将中国网络安全法、数据驻留及等级保护（MLPS）要求转化为具体的技术功能指标。
• 用户身份管理设计 / IAM Design: 协助定义本地域控下的用户及功能性账号生命周期管理流程。
• 验收与测试管理 / UAT Management: 制定用户验收测试案例，组织业务用户对本地化应用（如 Office 协同、移动邮件）进行验证。

任职要求 / Qualifications

• 专业背景： 本科及以上学历，具有 5 年以上跨国公司（MNC）IT 项目或咨询经验。
• 核心能力： 具备极强的需求分析能力，熟练使用 SQL、Visio 或 BPMN 工具进行业务建模。
• 行业知识： 熟悉中国网络安全法（CSL）及数据安全法（DSL）对企业 IT 环境的影响。
• 软技能： 优秀的中英文双语沟通能力，能够向全球总部汇报技术方案并获得业务支持。
• 加分项： 具有大型企业 ERP 迁移、邮件系统（如 Exchange/Coremail）或云存储迁移经验。
