Drive Business Process Management initiatives within the Process Excellence function by leading process mapping, documentation, maturity assessment, and continuous improvement efforts across prioritized functions and business units. The role works closely with Process Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize and improve processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions that enhance efficiency, control, and operational discipline. The role also supports documentation readiness, capability building, change adoption, and the embedding of Process Excellence standards and culture across the organization.
I. Responsibilities:
Process Architecture, Mapping & Governance Support
- Maintain and update process architecture records, process hierarchy, and process inventory for assigned functions and business units in alignment with the enterprise framework.
- Facilitate end-to-end and functional process mapping using approved standards, methodology, and templates.
- Apply process standards, taxonomy, and ownership principles in process review and validation activities.
- Coordinate governance reviews and follow up on process approvals, updates, and control requirements for assigned processes.
Process Maturity & Improvement Delivery
- Conduct process maturity and gap assessments across assigned functions and document key observations and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze process issues, bottlenecks, and root causes to support standardization and operational improvement.
- Identify practical improvement and digitalization opportunities in line with business needs and process requirements.
- Support the development of improvement action plans and monitor progress against agreed priorities. Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement Execution
- Partner with Process Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to validate current-state processes and align improvement priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support process redesign, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned functions and business units.
- Contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives through process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation follow-up.
- Track agreed actions and coordinate follow-up to support the timely and practical implementation of improvement initiatives.
Process Documentation & Readiness:
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, RACI, KPI trees, templates, and related supporting materials in approved formats.
- Maintain documentation quality, version control, and repository updates in line with enterprise standards.
- Contribute to audit-ready, scalable, and IPO-ready documentation requirements where applicable.
- Ensure assigned process documents remain current, accessible, and controlled for ongoing business use.
Capability Building & Adoption Support
- Deliver and coordinate assigned Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, and change management training, workshops, and learning activities.
- Reinforce awareness and adoption of process standards, tools, templates, and good practices across assigned teams and functions.
- Coordinate change readiness, communication, and follow-up activities related to process implementation where required.
II. Requirements/Specifications:
Education/ Training Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Management, or related fields.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification is preferred.
- BPM / process management certification is a plus.
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business process management, transformation, or operational excellence roles.
- Experience in process mapping, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience supporting process assessment, improvement initiatives, or transformation projects.
- Exposure to digitalization, ERP, workflow, or related process tools is an advantage.
Skills (Ability to):
- Strong knowledge and experience of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and digital transformation techniques.
- Proficiency in process design, measurement, and improvement tools.
- Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Understanding of business operations (FMCG, Sales, SC, MKT, Operations)
- Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
Working hours: as per business needs. Typically, 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.
