Core Job Responsibilities :
- Market intelligence
- Data centralization to support sales & marketing.
- Consolidate and analyze market data from external and internal sources and provide insights for business development.
- Provide guidelines to sales and marketing wherever appropriate with classified customer segmentation.
- Funnel management :
- Manage nation wide funnel with strong insights of market, ensuring accuracy and market coverage.
- Provide guidelines to commercial team to regularly update.
- Advocate to CM : insights, action plan to leverage field force coverage and drive top line.
- Synchronization to SFDC : structured sales funnel in Saleforce.com across the region for driving field activity effectiveness by applying efficient, relevant action-oriented and innovative tailor-made recommendations
- Automate funnel management process.
- Secondary forecast
- Data centralization and consolidation
- Provide guidelines to sales team based on quota, tender status and historical sales.
- Advocate to CM : insights, action plan to leverage field force coverage and drive top line in alignment with target.
- Automate secondary forecast vs. target tracking.
- Sales performance management
- Drive the Sales and Operation Process by moving towards a commercial-driven mindset to both drive sales effectiveness, resource optimization and commercial objectives, incentive design and calculations.
- Defining and leading sales efficiency indicators through CARE (Customer Acquisition and Retention) project initiatives integration and execution; performance tracking.
- Implementing, manage sale force excellence through training, learning and development of sale force; actively involving in regional CE Initiatives.
- To coordinate and communicate with cross functions team both local and regional
- >5 years of total experience required in healthcare industry
- >3 years of experience in Data Analyst role
- Experience in Commercial excellence is a plus
- Experience in IVD is a plus
- Experience in a corporate is advantageous
- Experience in CRM, or SFDC is mandatory
- Business skills : Business Analytics; process management; planning, organizing and coordination; consultation, communication
- Technical/functional skills : performance management; sales force automation, excellent in Excel, MS Office, English communication
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or higher internationally recognized certification preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in any major. International Business/ Marketing /Finance is a plus.
