Business Analyst

ABOUT THE JOB

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles and Agile best practices are effectively applied.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Track sprint progress, identify risks, impediments, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Support project planning, sprint planning, release planning, and roadmap execution.
• Monitor project status and prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Facilitate communication across technical and business teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Coach team members on Agile mindset and continuous improvement practices.
• Support backlog management and ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Assist with resource coordination, issue tracking, and change management activities when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in developing toward a Project Manager/Scrum Master career path.
• Experience supporting project coordination or project management activities is an advantage.
