Strategic Business Analyst (Vertical AI B2B - Hybrid)

About The Role

We're looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to support cross-functional projects, drive operational improvements, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership. This role sits close to decision-making and works across teams to keep initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of cross-functional business operations projects, from scoping through delivery
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
• Prepare structured reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership review
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose practical improvements
• Track project milestones and flag risks or blockers proactively
• Take ownership of ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as they arise
• Maintain documentation of processes, decisions, and project outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, finance, or a business analyst/operations role
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of at least one BA/analytics tool beyond Excel — SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Track record of managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new domains

• Prior experience at a consulting firm, financial institution, or fast-growing startup
• Salesforce or other CRM familiarity
• Familiarity with process/workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro
• Exposure to F&B, tech, or multi-location retail/franchise business models
