ABOUT THE POSITION

1. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new products, features, and processes within the ERP, Factory, Manufacturing, Warehouse area
  • Join with UI/UX to design business flow within the ERP, Factory, Manufacturing, Warehouse area.
  • Writing functional specification.
  • Maintain the product backlog, prioritize features/user stories, and plan releases
  • Represent users and stakeholders, translating their needs into functionalities
  • Ensure the smooth running of sprints and contribute to achieving product
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and product processes
  • Carry out product tests to guarantee stability with each release

2. Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst position in an IT industry
  • Participated in ERP, Factory, Manufacturing, Warehouse,... projects in Vietnam or abroad at-least 3-5 years as a BA role.
  • English: Basic speaking skills, good reading and writing skills.

  • Setting priorities focused on providing value to customers
  • Communication skills: needs to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, and business leaders. The ability to articulate product vision, goals, and requirements clearly and concisely is crucial. Collaborate with your Scrum team: Work closely with your team, including developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to build a collaborative culture. Encourage open communication and seek feedback to improve the product.
  • User-centric mindset: eCommerce products are all about delivering a great user experience. The BA needs to have a user-centric mindset and think from the perspective of the end-users while developing the product.
  • Agile methodology: eCommerce products require an agile approach to product development. The BA needs to be familiar with agile methodology and principles, such as iterative development, continuous delivery, and frequent feedback loops.
  • Analytical skills: eCommerce products generate vast amounts of data that need to be analyzed to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. The BA needs to have strong analytical skills to make sense of this data and use it to inform product decisions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the eCommerce industry. Attend conferences, read blogs and articles, and network with other eCommerce professionals. Continuously work on developing your skills as a BA. Take courses or certifications in product management, agile methodology, user experience design, data analysis, and other relevant areas.
