System Analyst

This position oversees and provides the analytical and technical expertise required to support the coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and related processes within the Legal Operations function. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day system functionality, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting ongoing maintenance of the CLM platform in collaboration with internal stakeholders

This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to leverage data, systems, and operational knowledge in support of contract analysis, reporting (e.g., contract cycle time), and the implementation of best practices

The position also includes day-to-day CLM system administration and ad hoc reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Icertis or a similar CLM platform, knowledge of software implementation and process improvement methodologies, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards to support Legal Operations
• Utilize Icertis or a similar CLM platform to support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
• Support software improvement initiatives and implementation projects
• Collaborate with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to improve contract processes and reporting
• Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools
• Support programming and system enhancements using Microsoft technologies, including C# and SQL
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
• Icertis configuration and development experience is preferred
• Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Experience with the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform; configuration and development experience preferred
• Project management experience using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong track record of project management and process optimization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
• Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
