We're looking for a Business Applications Specialist to manage and optimize our core business systems, improve workflows, and implement scalable solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization.

You will own daily system administration, drive operational excellence through rigorous business analysis, and implement technical solutions and systems to streamline workflows.

Your day to day will look like:

• Own and administer core business systems: HubSpot CRM, Jira, NetSuite, and additional SaaS tools.
• Manage user access, roles, and compliance with security policies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for system issues; troubleshoot and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into system configurations and improvements.
• Build and maintain automations, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support projects such as new tool implementations, data migrations, and integrations.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Applications Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Technology, etc.
• Previous experience with systems like HubSpot, Jira or IPAAS is an advantage.
• Knowledge or interest in process automation tools (e.g., AI agents, RPA) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
• A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and process management.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist colleagues in utilizing applications effectively.
