- Priority support
- Analysis of business requirements
- Characterization and definition of business processes, reports, workflows, interfaces and more
- Work process improvement
- Sytem testing
- System implementation
- Managing system permissions and configurations
- Support users from all company departments
- User trainings
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, information technology, or similar
- Certification as ERP implementation- advantage
- Experience in implementing ERP systems
- Experience working with Priority – Advantage
- Familiarity with SQL queries- Advantage
- Experience and familiarity with financial, commercial, and logistics processes
- service-oriented and team player
- Strong project management skills, Systemic view and process thinking, A technical mindset and understanding of complex system and ability to work in a high pace environment
- good written and verbal communication (Hebrew and English)
