We are looking for talented

Sr. Business Planning Analyst!

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our Business Planning team.

In this role, you will support strategic planning, pricing, forecasting, reporting, and business development activities, transforming complex internal and external data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, helping shape business decisions and drive sustainable growth.

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

  • Support the development of pricing strategies, business forecasts, and strategic scenarios through analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, taxation, regulatory developments, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare business updates, performance reports, dashboards, market reviews, and presentations for local, regional, and global stakeholders.
  • Analyze market performance, pricing dynamics, market share trends, competitor activity, and external business indicators to generate actionable business insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial and strategic initiatives, including new product launches, business cases, opportunity assessments, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, modeling, automation, and data visualization tools to improve business insights, reporting quality, and decision-making processes.

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Commercial Strategy, Finance, Financial Planning, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, identify key business drivers, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, finance, supply chain, corporate affairs, and other functions.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in BI tools, data visualization, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and leadership potential.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew - must.
