Card Processing Experience is Mandatory
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Process Architecture/Business Analysis/Operational Transformation
- 5+ years in Financial Services (Credit Cards/Consumer Lending)
- Strong experience in Card Issuer Operations – Fraud, Disputes, Collections, Payments, Phone Servicing, FCRA, etc.
- Experience leading large-scale process discovery, process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart), and operating model transformation
- Experience with Case Management Platforms (Pega, Appian, or similar)
- Knowledge of card processing systems (TSYS, Fiserv/First Data, FIS, Hogan) is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
