𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• 10+ years of experience in Process Architecture, Business Analysis, or Operational Transformation

• Strong Financial Services, Credit Card, or Consumer Lending domain experience

• Expertise in process discovery, process mapping, and business process re-engineering

• Hands-on experience with Pega, Appian, or Case Management platforms

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FCRA, Reg E, Reg Z, SCRA, and FDCPA

• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io

• Ability to facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders

• Experience developing ROI models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• TSYS, FDR/First Data, Hogan, or FIS experience

• e-OSCAR, Metro 2, ACDV/AUD processing knowledge

• Collections and bankruptcy workflow experience

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

• Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools
