This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL areas. Must be within 60 miles of either location. Responsibilities
- Engage with Sales Managers to conduct routine Account audits by researching current pricing model and programs, and reviewing for deficiencies and conflicts to resolve.
- Conduct routine Product Code, Vendor, and Vendor/Product Code pricing audits to make sure price concessions are in line with revenue expectations.
- Routinely review SKU mix in product codes to make sure SKUs are assigned correctly in order to maximize the effect of the pricing scheme.
- Quarterly review of Buying Groups to ensure dealers are aligned to the best segment for their business.
- Pull reports from various D&H applications and creation of new reports from various sources.
- Support Business Unit (BU) by being their trusted advisor in maximizing pricing opportunities to drive both revenue and profit.
- Maintain Pricing Programs and agreements in the pricing systems.
- Create and analyze analytics dashboards for the sales, vendor or purchasing teams. (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Above average understanding of Office applications, especially Excel, due to the amount of reporting required.
- Be familiar with the various applications that Sales uses on a daily basis, and have a basic understanding of our data feed processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills in order to develop data and then react to the results.
- Strong ability to multi-task, and manage a number of open priorities effectively.
- Ability to stay focused on work and complete projects within defined time frame with minimal oversight.
- Bachelors in Business, Finance or Economics
- 1-3 years of office experience.
- 3+ years previous pricing or analytical experience preferred.
- Tableau experience preferred.
