Specific Responsibilities
Designs information systems solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Facilitates software development lifecycle activities
- Conducts Requirements Gathering Sessions
- Creates artifacts relative to project initiatives
- Contributes to work plans and other deliverables
- Partners with QA to develop User Acceptance Testing
- Communicates business challenges to stakeholder and assist in developing solutions
- Identifies opportunities for streamlining procedures by applying IT best practices
- Updates and creates training and learning management system documentation
- Strong familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to take initiative to move daily work forward
- Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of tools used by the client such as Microsoft TFS/MTM, ADO, and Visual Studio
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience: 4+ years’ experience in business planning and software development
- Office Setting - Hybrid in Harrisburg, PA
Range: $76,800-$90,000
