Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics use cases.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in banking-related datasets.
• Work with core banking stakeholders to understand processes, data flows, and reporting logic.
• Define business analysis artifacts (e.g., user stories, process flows, requirement specifications) to support delivery.
• Support data management activities by ensuring requirements for data quality, definitions, and governance are captured.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with data and banking domain exposure.
• Business Analyst experience, including end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation.
• Business Analysis skills to translate business objectives into actionable requirements.
• Data Analysis capability to analyze banking data and support reporting/analytics needs.
• Core Banking domain knowledge to understand banking processes and data used for analytics.

Good to Have:

• Data Management experience, including data definitions, quality expectations, and governance-oriented requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
