This is a full-time Hybrid/Remote role depending on location.
Please note: Candidates located in the Philippines or India will be required to work EMEA hours to provide sufficient overlap with colleagues and stakeholders across both the US and EMEA regions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve HR platform and system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
- Support HR technology projects through requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, and implementation.
- Help prioritise enhancements and releases to maximise business value.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support new system and module rollouts.
- Provide HR systems support during key business initiatives and transformation projects.
- Escalate and manage issues appropriately, contributing to continuous improvement across HR platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–3 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems, HR Technology, or similar role.
- Proven experience with HR platforms, with Workday expertise essential and Cornerstone experience highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both written and verbal.
- Effective organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of HR operations and business processes.
- Confident interpreting technical information and translating it into business-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Passionate about driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through technology.
- Fluent in English – Written and Verbal
