Roles and Responsibilities

• Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for projects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Process Improvement: Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Documentation: Create detailed reports, process maps, and user guides to support business operations.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Testing and Validation: Support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications And Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
