Business Analyst

We are looking for candidates who have good exposure in Business Analysis (BRD/FRD/UAT/ Testing/SDLC) + Domain expertise of BFSI + People management.

• Extensive hands-on experience in Excel, VBA, SQL
• Root cause analysis/ Deep dive of varied business problems
• Knowledge around Insurance sector (preferably)
• Experience around writing project related documents (FSD, BRD etc)
• Excellent storyboarding skills and the ability to formulate intuitive hypothesis
• Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area.
• Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind
• Experience in Business analysis/techno-functional role
• Experience in Agile methodology Scrum
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
• Strong experience to manage and co-ordination with Business team
• Will be act as Techno-functional and interaction with tech lead /developers
• Experience in preparing Requirement documents, Use cases, user stories and product backlog
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with business units that rely on that
• information to define system requirements or organizational processes.
