Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough user requirements analysis and design.
• Perform application system analysis, design and enhancement.
• Analyze issues raised and devise solution for the issues.
• Facilitate communication and co-ordinate various teams, manage technical issues.
• Facilitate or led and complete ad-hoc jobs/projects being assigned from time to time.
• Update system documentation and deliver agreed-upon products or project deliverables.
• Ensure all agreed products and deliverables meet schedule and the required level of quality.
• Provide technical support to users and stakeholders.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred, or relevant work experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst role for business process & technology change within financial institutions.
• Ability to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements and solutions to meet objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with open source frameworks and technologies such as Java, Angular, Spring Boot
• Experience with SQL scripting
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
• Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Domain knowledge and work experience on Credit and Lending are highly desirable.
