Business Analyst

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview: The Business Analyst will serve as the critical bridge between the client's business units and our technical delivery team. You will be responsible for gathering, clarifying, and translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate business discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and workshops with client stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and system workflows.
• Bridge the communication gap between the client’s business team and our off-site/on-site delivery teams.
• Ensure the final technical solutions align perfectly with the client’s original business requirements and compliance standards. Qualifications:
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-level IT projects (experience of Salesforce migration is preferred).
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for business users and vice versa.
• Experience creating detailed functional specifications and process mapping.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new business domains and enterprise systems.
