xperience Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, specifically supporting Networks, Traceability systems (such as 42Q), and ERP environments
• Industry Background: Previous exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments
• Project Exposure: Experience supporting system deployments, B2B data exchanges, and cross-departmental IT troubleshooting.

Knowledge

• 42Q Tools & MES Platforms
• DOF Processes & Configurations
• B2B Transactions (EDI & API)
• Productivity Suites (MS Office & Google Workspace)
• IT Network terms, network diagrams
• Supply Chain & Warehouse Processes:
• Languages: English B1-B2 (Intermediate-Upper Intermediate, capable of technical communication)
