Business Analyst – Wealth Management & Capital Markets (Mexico / Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Level 4B/5A) who bridges the gap between high-level investment strategy and technology delivery.

If you know the difference between a discretionary portfolio and fixed-income yields AND know how to translate business needs into clean user stories, we want to talk to you.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with WM business stakeholders, product owners, and dev teams across advisory, brokerage, trading, and reporting platforms.
• Gathering requirements (BRD/FRD) and building user stories for portfolio management, trading execution, and client onboarding.
• Analyzing workflows and data to streamline processes across equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• ~10 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or capital markets.
• Strong background in financial products (equities, bonds, derivatives, funds).
• Solid track record working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• AMIB certification, CFA background, or experience at a Casa de Bolsa is a major plus!
