Product Owner – Omni Operations

As a Product Owner on our Omni Operations team, you won't just manage a backlog — you'll help shape the future of how our customers experience financial services. You'll collaborate across teams, champion the customer voice, and drive meaningful product solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a feature roadmap that drives growth, stability, and compliance
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, remove roadblocks, and prioritize what matters most
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Define MVP, measure performance, and use data to guide what comes next
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned through clear, consistent communication

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience driving full lifecycle product features or launches
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and managing product backlogs
• A track record of working directly with software engineers and scrum teams
• Experience with A/B testing or user testing
• Strong analytical thinking and sharp problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• The ability to balance competing stakeholder needs — with confidence and grace
