What You’ll Do
- Manage Financial Systems: Administer and configure financial system modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
- Serve as SME and Business Partner: Act as a subject matter expert by translating business needs into technical solutions, while providing end-user training and ongoing system support.
- Drive Process Improvement: Analyze financial workflows to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities.
- Deliver Reporting and Insights: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and automated tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Support Integrations and Data Integrity: Maintain integrations between financial systems and third-party applications, ensuring data accuracy, security, and appropriate user access controls.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related business field.
- 3 years of combined experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial information systems support.
- Hands-on experience with major financial software (e.g., Oracle) and foundational knowledge of master data management.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, cross-functional communication, and the ability to bridge complex accounting rules with technical architecture.
- Certifications:
- Accounting: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
- Systems: Certifications specific to platform architecture (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Certification, CFSP)
