Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with a team to manage the development, execution and implementation of many projects that vary widely both in size and scope.
- Coordinates and facilitates projects through effective planning and management, resource allocation, risk identification, change management, issue resolution, and communication.
- Collects and reports on all overall project status to departments and key business leaders.
- Takes ownership for the overall project(s) and drives through issues while cultivating positive relationships with all teams involved.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key personnel, internal/external customers and third parties and vendors.
- Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
- May perform other duties as assigned by manager.

- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have excellent collaboration skills.
- Must be highly organized and process focused.
- Prior leadership experience a plus.
- Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given point in time.
- Ability to become a technical expert in multiple systems.
- Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
- Ability to influence decisions and coordinate activities across the entire value stream.
- Requires education as is generally acquired in 4 (four) years of college with a degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
