Master Data Expert

In Cartier we have built a strong flow network based on a detailed and qualitative Data Environnement. We are working to ensure data quality and integrity of all our Cartier articles delivered from the manufactures to our central and worldwide distribution centers. Our portfolio is diverse and with many specificities which need to be maintained, monitored and enriched regularly.

Your role

We are looking for a person to contribute to the team’s mission: provide expertise on master data product topics, operational support for markets and operational functions:

• Provide Master Data Expertise and Process Excellence to operational cases
• Lead and contribute to Projects to meet data article business needs
• Pilot Continuous Improvement: Map existing processes, identify solutions and implement them
• Support operational workflows on key master data
• Data Analytics: manage data by extracting, comparing, testing, and analyzing in order to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Monitor KPIs for data consistency and alignment in the various sources, define and follow up the relevant action plans
• Data Compliance: Manage Compliance topics related to Master Data
• The successful candidate will also contribute to team performance by being part of transformation projects and new tools testing and implementation.
• Develop a strong partnership with our main partners within Cartier and Richemont

Split between Operational tasks and Initiatives will be around 70% for Projects and 30% for Operational.

How will you experience success with us?

You have an academic background in Supply Chain and Data, paired with solid professional experience in Data Management, Supply Chain, and Operations. You are technically proficient in SAP systems, BI tools such as PowerBI or Google Looker, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform data architecture. Combining strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you are proactive, curious, and well-versed in Agile methodologies. Bilingual in French and English, you possess the excellent communication skills needed to easily bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams in a matrix organization. Finally, you are a rigorous, highly organized professional with an structured approach to your work.
