HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Product Owner 70% Functional & 30% Technical who has experience working with Scrum Master Teams & UAT Teams. Managing teams on Modify Product working on backlogs that currently exists. Product Owner who understands SAAS Solutions & understands backlogs. Product Owner who will take ownership of Developers working on SAAS Backlog. The Product Owner who leads the strategic direction, delivery, and continuous evolution of the HCL Tech Development platform, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technology solutions will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles. Product Owner to join HCL Tech in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Must Have Experience:

• Product Owner 70% Functional & 30% Technical who has experience as Scrum Master & UAT hands on.
• Managing teams on Modify Product working on backlogs that currently exists.
• Product Owner who understands SAAS Solutions & understands backlogs.
• Product Owner who will take ownership of Developers working on SAAS Backlog.
• Product Owner with SAAS experience
• Product Owner who has managed Scrum meetings, UAT, & Developers working on SAAS Backlog
• Product Owner will have 4 to 5 direct reports
• Drive product success by owning roadmap planning and backlog prioritization, maximizing business value through timely and high-quality delivery of development and maintenance initiatives. Partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and quality assurance functions to translate requirements into actionable product outcomes. Foster agile execution through effective decision-making, proactive risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Champion innovation, operational excellence, and user-centric experiences that support HCL Tech long-term digital transformation goals and measurable business impact.

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and deliver high-value features aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
• Validate deliverables through UAT and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback and data insights.
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and end-users.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret product metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Pay Range Minimum: 105,000k

Pay Range Maximum: 184,000k

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
