What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders
- Participate in large-scale IT and digital transformation projects
- Support project planning, testing and delivery phases
- Prepare business and functional documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP, CRM or enterprise systems is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Exposure to top-level enterprise and regional projects
- Professional growth and advanced technical challenges
- Vendor-based training and certifications
